The AGM for our 2023 financial year (Jan-Dec 23) will be held in March 2024.

At this meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• Find out about East Freo Playgroup’s operations and finances

• Ask questions about the operations and finances of East Freo Playgroup

• Speak to any items on the agenda

• Vote on any resolutions proposed

At this meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• Accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting

• Accept the annual report

• Accept the annual financial statements

At the conclusion of the annual general, we will hold a special general meeting to:

• Elect the 2024 Committee
